Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Misoify, including its website, household recipe manager, and optional ChatGPT connection.
Using Misoify
You may use Misoify for lawful personal or household cooking purposes. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that you have the right to save, upload, or publish the content you add.
Your recipes and public sharing
You retain ownership of the recipes, notes, images, and other content you add. You give Misoify the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to operate the service. When you publish a recipe, you authorize Misoify to make that recipe and its public image available at its public link until you unpublish or delete it.
Households and paid plans
A personal kitchen is free. Paid household plans unlock collaboration features and are billed on the cadence you select. Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your paid plan through Misoify's billing controls; changes take effect according to the terms shown during checkout.
ChatGPT connection
Misoify can be connected to ChatGPT through an authorized OAuth connection. Only connect an account you authorize us to access. ChatGPT may ask for permission before an action runs; review the action before approving it. You can disconnect Misoify in ChatGPT at any time. OpenAI's services are governed by OpenAI's own terms and policies.
Food and safety
Misoify is an organizational tool, not medical, dietary, allergy, or food-safety advice. Check ingredient labels, allergens, dietary requirements, and safe cooking temperatures yourself. Do not rely on Misoify for emergency or professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Misoify, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the service in a way that harms other people or the service. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect Misoify, its users, or comply with law.
Service availability and liability
We work to keep Misoify available and accurate, but the service is provided as available and may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Misoify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
